Established Solo Boutique Practice for Sale

Hi, fellow NDs!  After 25 years in practice and twenty of those in Bristol, I am making a career change and seeking to sell my solo practice. 

My practice is insurance-based, includes metabolic testing/weight management and acupuncture,  and my patients come from all of the towns surrounding Bristol in addition to WeHa and Avon. 

My overhead is very small with a landlord who is extremely reasonable.  My office is in a 1807 historic building on a street corner near the hospital. See my Google page for photos of my office (I would also transfer the Google my Business page to the buyer).

Revenues have been in the $40-50,000 range in the last couple of years with me on hand part-time.  The practice can easily generate 100K plus when full-time. Margin is over 50-70% depending on revenue numbers due to the low overhead.  I’m asking $30,000 which includes a Korr Reevue Indirect Calorimeter, which has a retail value of $3500 and can be used to bill for metabolic testing.  I am seeking cash offers only.
