About Wells Natural Medicine
Wells Natural Medicine is a busy, highly sought-after naturopathic medical practice specializing in children with complex chronic conditions. Families travel from across the country to receive care for conditions such as PANS/PANDAS, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), tickborne infections, and mold-related illness.
Founded by Dr. Lindsey Wells, the practice has developed a national reputation for integrative approach to pediatric care and maintains a multi-month waitlist.
As the practice continues to grow, we are seeking a Naturopathic Doctor to join the team and support patient care in-office.
The Opportunity
This is a unique opportunity for a naturopathic physician who is passionate about complex chronic illness and is looking to:

What a Typical Day Looks Like
- Approximately 6–8 patients per day
- In-person visits and telehealth visits
- Weekly mentorship and collaborative case discussions with Dr. Wells
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive naturopathic care to pediatric patients with complex chronic conditions
- Perform detailed patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Draw blood on pediatric and adult patients
- Order and interpret specialty and conventional labs
- Utilize nutritional, herbal, and nutraceutical therapies as core treatment tools
- Support patients with conditions including PANS/PANDAS, ASD, tickborne illness, and mold-related illness
- Address associated symptoms such as anxiety, OCD, behavioral dysregulation, and sleep disturbances
- Collaborate closely with Dr. Wells and the clinical team
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation
Ideal Candidate Qualifications
- Licensed or license-eligible Naturopathic Doctor in Connecticut
- Strong interest in pediatric care and complex chronic illness
- Passion for root-cause, integrative medicine
- Interest in learning and growing in areas such as PANS/PANDAS, ASD, tickborne illness, and mold-related illness
- Thoughtful, curious, and clinically motivated
- Strong communication skills with a compassionate, family-centered approach
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently within a collaborative environment
Compensation
- $85–$125 per billable patient hour, based on experience and patient volume
- $45/hour during training period
